How to order

klothing doesn't take online payment yet. You pick your pieces and place an order on the site, we check everything with you on WhatsApp, and you pay only after that. No account needed.

Four steps

  1. Choose your size and add to bag. Every item has a flat-measurement size chart and a length-by-height guide. Not sure? Read the size guide or ask us on WhatsApp.
  2. Continue to order and fill in the form. We only need your name, a Hong Kong mobile number and a delivery method (SF Locker, SF Station, Circle K (OK) store or SF home delivery). Tap "Submit order". No payment is needed at this point.
  3. Tap "Confirm on WhatsApp". The confirmation page prepares the message for you, with your order number and items, so you just hit send. WhatsApp won't open? Copy our number, (contact details coming soon), or copy the order summary and DM us on Instagram ((Instagram coming soon)).
  4. Pay after we confirm, and we ship. Once we've checked stock and shipping, we'll send payment details on WhatsApp. Pay by FPS or PayMe and send us the screenshot. If payment is confirmed by 1pm, in-stock items ship the same day (not Sundays or public holidays), and we'll WhatsApp you the SF tracking number.

How long we hold your items

  • After you place an order we hold the items for 24 hours. Please confirm with us on WhatsApp or Instagram within that time.
  • Once we've confirmed your order, please pay within 24 hours.
  • If an order isn't confirmed or paid in time, it's cancelled automatically and the items go back on sale. If they're still in stock you can order again, or WhatsApp us and we'll reinstate it.

Why no online payment yet?

We're a small shop and the owner looks at every order personally. A quick chat before you pay is a chance to double-check your size and length, which means fewer exchanges later. When we add online payment, we'll update this page.

After you've ordered

  • To check your order status, go to order lookup and enter your order number and the mobile number you used.
  • Forgot to send the WhatsApp message? Go back to the confirmation page and tap the button again, or message (contact details coming soon) with your order number.
  • Want to change a size, colour or delivery method? Just WhatsApp us before you pay.

Good to know

  • Each mobile number can have up to 3 open orders at a time, with up to 5 of each item and size per order.
  • We will never ask for your card details or passwords on WhatsApp or Instagram. See staying safe from scams.
